AFTER THE VIOLENCE

Abstract

Based on questions about violence, this text proposes a psychoanalytic conceptual association to think about its aftermath. It alludes to the work with children and adolescents in the special protection system (Reception Centers, foster families) and above all, to the work with those who work in these systems. The resulting conceptualization goes beyond the specific field and reflects about children and adolescents around violence, its reasons and aftermath, as well as the psychic positions of those who respond to violence.
